Today, as part of the wonderful series of presentations, the "CPD and networking for Iranian teacher trainers using Moodle" session was interesting to the particpants. I have interviewd with Margot Arthr from the British Council who attended the session.

Question: Hello. Which part of the conferece have you found interesting so far?

Answer: "CPD and networkig for Iranian Teacher Trainers using Moodle" as part of the forum on online and face-to-face CPD for teachers. It was interesting because the two presenters were Iranian Teacher Trainers who had been trained by the British Council to cascade training across Iran. Many people there were surprised to hear that digital literacy rates are very high in Iran and that the project was run completely remotely. And it was interesting to see how Moodle can be used to maintain engagement with trainees and further contribute to the professional development. The best part was seeing how the content of the training has been led by the specific needs of the ELT context in Iran.
