IATEFL - Liverpool 2013

After coming back home from Liverpool I had a plan - to organize my thoughts and impressions...well, I can tell you – the plan did not really work! A week after, I am still under the impression of the conference, new colleagues, advices, activities I can apply in my teaching and so much more. At this point I can only say IATEFL is an event each teacher should experience in order to develop both personally and professionally. It is one of those Conferences that just overwhelm you no matter where you come from or your previous conference experience. This is a place where teachers think, create and share. This is where ideas are born and where teachers’ motivation comes from. I find it truly difficult to put the feeling into words.

One thing I can clearly say is thank you to BC for giving me a chance to be a part of it. Thanks to a great team at the Conference for their support. A thanks also goes to colleague bloggers who I really enjoyed to share this experience with. And finally, thank you all who participated – ‘on’ and ‘offline’ – you are the ones who make this Conference so great! Hope to see you all at IATEFL 2014!
