What does research have to say about the limitations of the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach
to INSET where all teachers attend the same sessions? What approaches to Continuous
Professional Development put the teacher in the driving seat of their professional
learning, and differentiate better? I’ll address these questions in a workshop for
Directors of Studies, teacher trainers and experienced teachers.
