'T was brillig... Interpreting poetry through film and drama

Session description

Eleanor Watts

Session details:

Be prepared to use your imagination and let yourself go! We’ll use clues from Lewis Carroll’s popular poem "Jabberwocky" to make our own interpretations and act them out. We’ll also discuss a recent four-minute film of the poem (http://vimeo.com/13641637) that can be used in class to free students from the idea that a poem can have only one meaning.
