It is the second day afternoon now and I am relaxing and having lunch before attending another session. I was lucky to attend the morning forum about observation, which had three speakers from Greek, Portugal and Sudan. The forum discussed critical issues such as why it is always stressful to observe or to be observed and the areas native and non-native teachers do not feel confident about. The talk was extended to stakeholders’ involvement in the observation process and it seems that teachers are happy if no reports are given to these stakeholders when being observed.
