Developing Business Skills through real recorded meetings

Business skills, for example for meetings or negotiations, are essential for Business English learners; however the language taught for these skills is not usually based on real business interactions. Drawing on examples from Business Advantage, this talk shows how real businesses meetings can be used to teach skills in ways that more accurately reflect real usage.
