It will be hard to find a student who does not manage ITCs and social networks. So why not engage that in teaching.

Unfortunately, access in still an issue in many countries and schools. In addition, like you say in the interview, it is not only a matter of access. We, teachers, need to be trained to help our students use technology in a way that effectively contributes to their learning and ideally makes them grow as human beings.
