How to use new tools to make teaching more effective?

There is currently no clear e-learning policy! It shouldn´t be only putting things on the web and copy-pasting them and sending them into the classroom. If in other sciences theories are shared and developed why couldn´t it be like that with sharing teaching designs?

We look to technology to learn through discussion (chat, playback, asynchronous text forums), collaboration (role play simulations with users), practice (adaptive digital interactive tools with meaningful feedback on actions) and production.

So the 21st Century Teacher should balance the time differently! Make a shift to more personalised learning and sharing! With the new Tools she is suggesting there would be less class preparation but more redesigning by building on the work of others, articulating their pedagogy, adopting and adapting it, more sharing of Learning Designs (building pedagogical patterns), more small group guidence, less administration, more professional development and much more collaboration!

Teaching is improvable but only with everybody working together!

The basic scheme would be: ADOPT  ->  ADAPT  ->  IMPORT OER
