One of the Academic Manager’s main tasks is to promote teacher development. This
would normally involve mainly face to face contact with teachers, but, in my context, with
language teachers all over the UK, and no physical school, the teacher development
happens almost exclusively at distance. How do we do it? Come along and find out!
