Equal Opportunity and Diversity Policy in LTOs

Does your LTO have an EO+D policy? Is it written up and available in your Management Handbook?

The reason I ask is the British Council published an EO&D Handbook for Teachers two years back and promoted it at the IATEFL Signature Event and elsewhere online. There is a free pdf available.

Two years down the line, I am wondering about a similar booklet/handbook for Managers, which would inform policy and best practice from a management perspective.

Any thoughts on this? Where is EO&D in your organisation?
