Can we “measure” ICT skills? How do we describe “good ICT integration skills” in training needs analysis (TNA)? Who decides on the mode/pace of ICT training? In this session we’ll explore several assessment models including a “teacher-friendly” learning technologies self-assessment framework used in British Council Singapore.
