I am unable to find to find " moderator only" after clicking on forum. Please help.

Hello!
I'm just learning about the importance of subscribing to places I make comments, so as to be able to follow up further replies and engage in discussion... Is it just me that can't find it, or is there no way of subscribing to a specific topic in a forum ?
I am so sad I can't come to Harrogate.. I followed Aberdeen online, and went to Exeter as a result. The best laid plans of mice and men... no Harrogate for me :-(

Interesting to hear that by attending Aberdeen Online [2007] you then decided to attend Exeter IATEFL [2008] in person - that's great!

On suscribing to the threads you've posted to, try this:

1. click on your name - to the right of the page above the search box

2. [this takes you to your profile page] - you should see 'Subscriptions' in the 'history' section

3. you should see a 'Subscribe to: all posts by [your user name]

Hey - that looks great - I found I am already subscribed to the two threads I commented on - which is what seems essential to me. Since I did ask for a daily digest, I haven't actually received anything yet... lets give it 24hrs :-)

Yes - fine, - but since you're on removing, and you can remove this one at the same time, let me add that I have since received my email notification.... and it has the same link 3 times for every post !
You should try subscibing yourself to see what I'm talking about.
Bon courage with all the work running the site from scratch ... even though a regular RSS feed would have been much easier to manage.

Could you find a way to mark presentations that have been uploaded for viewing?
