Energy is a global industry employing millions of people. The networks that supply this energy to consumers have changed little, but the methods of producing it (from coal to solar) are changing dramatically. This talk presents language learning materials from {I}Energy English{I} (Summertown Publishing, 2009) and addresses how we meet the needs of international managers in ESP rather than technicians.
