We will discuss how we have developed a UK/Libya partnership project for the Armed Forces from scratch. We will discuss our approaches and materials used in teaching and training a military for the 21st Century. But, above all, we will describe the great, the good, the bad and perhaps some of the 'ugly' in setting up such a project.
