Drama and diversity in ELT
The exploration of issues of culture and diversity opens up opportunities to develop the intercultural skills necessary for effective language learning and teaching. Based on a project begun in Sri Lanka to address the need for more appropriate teaching styles and materials, this workshop explores how drama can widen and enrich language use – making learning more dynamic and relevant.
