Nayibe Rosado is an EFL teacher and teacher educator. Mrs. Rosado works for Universidad del Norte.She has worked very actively in the Colombian National Bilingual Program in the design of the National Standards, in  the design, implementation and evalaution of the Ministry of Education Teacher Education Program.
