Learner Responses to Pairwork Tasks in a Heterogeneous Adult ESOL Class

All classes are effectively mixed level, and this workshop aims to explore different organisational methods tried out.  Starting with a piece of research in which piarwork tasks were given to equal and unequal pairs, after  which learners' responses were sought.  Alternative models of classroom organisation and good practice to be discussed to produce successful methods of mixed level teaching.
