Solutions to these issues will be demonstrated through how City & Guilds seek to balance the reliability and validity of spoken English tests. The workshop focuses on interlocutor skills and is appropriate for any teacher wanting to test spoken English.

I've just checked the two .doc files and they opened OK. I suggest if you send me an e-mail <susan@susandavies.myzen.co.uk> I can send them to you as attachments. Unfortunately I tripped over a stand on the first evening and fractured my arm in two places! This has affected life somewhat - I understand fo 10 weeks!
