Dear Susan,
when I open the 2 .doc files, I can't see anything but black pages. I'd love to be able to see them. Is there anything you could do?
As your session wasn't recorded (correct me if I'm wrong) and I am very interested in the topic Assessing Spoken English, would you be so kind to upload a summarisation of the main aspects you explained?
Thank you very much.

Dear Silvia
I've just checked the two .doc files and they opened OK. I suggest if you send me an e-mail <susan@susandavies.myzen.co.uk> I can send them to you as attachments. Unfortunately I tripped over a stand on the first evening and fractured my arm in two places! This has affected life somewhat - I understand fo 10 weeks!
