Based on an EFL project undertaken with Spanish university lecturers, this talk will focus on speaking and listening: tackling advanced learners' fossilized pronunciation errors, and providing them with strategies and resources to help with listening. We will also look at how we used individual classroom presentations to improve connected speech, rhythm and stress patterns in order to achieve maximum intelligibility.
