Mark, thank you for sharing

Mark, thank you for sharing your personal ideas on education. I happen to agree with most of them. However, it has been a long time since you taught in a K-12 or higher education environment. Have you ever taught blended or fully online? Are any of your ideas scholarly-based so I can quote you for my doctoral dissertation? Has anyone tested the notion of digital natives or digital immigrants? You may find that many digital immigrant teachers who are advanced users of technology in their classes find many their students unwilling to engage in technology as a learning tool, they prefer to play and learn outside the classroom. I am curious whether your new book is reseach-based.

I wish there were more scholarly writer presenters like Alan Watts who not only spoke with passion, but provided evidence for their "thoughts".

Thank you.

 What a passive audience!

I can not attend the conference as I have a stinking headcold, so this online access is excellent...

Well done IATEFL and thank you Mark for this very interesting session
