Presented By Ali Bastanfar
Session Details
Local English teachers (Non-NESTs) in most EFL contexts face a challenging task. The linguistic environment in which they live is dominated by L1 and the one in which they work is ridden with student L2 errors. Yet, they are expected to maintain their proficiency in English and function as perfect models for students. How do they manage that?
