Comics as frames of references: from reading to writing

For YLs, comics can be a non-threatening way of building writing skills. I use comics as frames of references for YLs to support their thinking on narrative structure. Learners write their own comics incorporating these elements into narratives and fiction, organize their writing logically and in a chronological fashion. I will demonstrate my experience in a workshop.
