Hello teachers, i'm from Colombia and i would like to learn from your experiences with teenagers. I work in a public school with groups of 40 students. Our native language is spanish and day after day i'm trying to motivate the students, inspiring them to learn english as a second language. I'm sure you have a lot of experience, and that's why i'm asking you information related to teaching english as a second language, maybe ppt presentations or webpage that offer me tools to improve ma teaching process.
God bless you pals
thank you Gavin, Natasha and Svetlana
the links are really helpful. It would be great if you could also comment a little bit about your experience/ suggestions using these sites...

Hi Teresa
It depends
on the topic and the aim of your lesson how to incorporate clips from YouTube.
We do not
have a computer room to use computers at classes.
Some of my
students have laptops which let the group
watch short movies they had downloaded before. YouTube collection is
great and you can choose what interests you and your students, it lets them develop listening and reading skills, for the
teacher it gives material to create
activities to develop both speaking and writing skills.
Thank you
Gavin and Natasha for the useful links
Best wishes
