Dear Team,

I just got back to Barcelona, exhausted but extremely exhilirated. This will be remembered as a ground-breaking conference for many people worldwide - the video, the materials, the forum discussions and, above all, the tweeting (I see we got the number one hash tag for a while on Friday!).

On behalf of everyone at IATEFL I'd like to say a huge thank you to all of you, well done for all the hard work and the professional way in which it was carried out, and to express once again our gratitude to the British Council for making this possible. I hope we'll all be back here next year in Harrogate.

Hope you all have safe journeys home!

Gavin

Dear Team,

I want to echo what Gavin said really and to congratulate you all on a job extremely well done.  This year I felt that the coverage and organization was the best yet, and that means things can only get better! I also want to thank you all for involving the Associates so much in the online event.

Thanks go to the British Council for being prepared to support this visionary initiative that brings the conference to those across the world who can't be with us face to face.

With very best wishes and sunny thoughts from Thessaloniki!

Hi everybody

I would like to thank the British Council for having provided this wonderful opportunity for those who couldn't go to Cardiff to attend the IATEFL conference  to take part in online forum discussions.

For the past three years I have been part of the online forums.  The virtual experience helped me come in contact with ELT professionals and teachers around the world and achieve professional growth.
