It was an excellent plenary by Elana Shohamy and she's just so natural when little 'hiccups' happen.  

I'm in France right now and the video quality was very good. Using one camera at the back of the room (I believe) meant that it was not always possible to get a clear image of the PPT slides being shown.   It would also have been good if we could have seen Elana a little closer and have a clearer view of the audience, in order to wave virtually to known faces ;-)

Sound - it was very good except for a very short electronic disturbance which then disappeared.

Excellent and thank you for this opportunity to participate in Cardiff virtually!

As you say - quite difficult to get the powerpoint slides in view during the live sessions but we'll hopefully have these uploaded so you'll be able to see them along with the recoded version of this session.

I watched the first part of this from Germany, picture and sound were fine.

I agree with Moira that there should be more coverage of the audience, it conveys more of the atmosphere than seeing the speaker the whole time.

Incidentally, on the too brief  pan of the audience waving and talking where we heard "A stranger is a friend whom you haven't met yet." I couldn't see very many delegates, I wonder if some haven't arrived ?

What does "Subscribe to this post" mean ? I haven't come across this offer.
