Apologies, but the network connection in Cardiff City Council went down. We tried to address this problem but it was completely out of our control. Recoded session will be up Tomorrow Friday 3 April.

I actually waited there some 20 minutes, then remembered that someone had said that sometimes the connection in Cardiff City Council could be tricky.
