Some people have reported problems with video not loading and also video with no sound
We`re looking into this but in the meantime if you are having these problems, can you respond to this post letting us know which video file(s) your having problems with and also which internet browser you are using and which version
We're checking the files that people have reported so far and there doesn`t seem to be an issue with the video files - it may be the setting on your own computer
We realise this can be frustrating so if you have any problems, please let us know and we'll try to offer some advice

hi julian,
i regret to say that i failed in moderating and participating as i was unable to hear any of the audio file right from the 1st day of the conference.i am using internet explorer compatibility-windows xp and adobe 10flash player for video and audio.i could see only the video of any file but audio heard only for few sec.
kindly help me in this regard

Hi
I too have problems with the sound in video files. I tried listening to Jayne Moon's interview several times and I've now decided to give it up. I'm using the most sophisticated system in a UK university. Hope the problem will be rectified soon!
