My sincere greetings to everybody!

Frankly speaking this is the first time I have heard about BULATS thanks to the presentation on that at the conference (http://iatefl.britishcouncil.org/2009/sessions/62/understanding-bulats-reading-and-language-knowledge). And what about you? Judging by the video recording of the session there was only one person in the audience who is actually using this exam, and quite a few people who knows about it. What do you think of the idea of the specifically designed for BE multi-level test of English?
